Check-In Procedures

For the upcoming Rage FC Showcase, we will be using a mandatory “Pre On – Line Roster and Document Review” system. All documents necessary to compete in the event must be uploaded to your team’s GotSoccer, Rage FC Showcase ’20 application for review by the tournament staff. The Rage FC Showcase uses UYSA rosters and tournament rosters for all UYSA teams. We will also except current Player Card/Coaches Cards per UYSA Sanctioned Tournament Procedures. All finalized rosters and documents must be uploaded by February 7th, 2020 at 11:59pm.

All documents must be for the 2019-2020 season. Uploaded documents will be marked as verified once reviewed. If there are any missing or incomplete documents, you will be contacted by tournament staff.

Documents to be scanned & uploaded if using UYSA Rosters and Tournament Rosters (UTAH TEAMS WILL USE THIS)

  • Official Team Roster…One (1) copy of your 2019-20 Official UYSA Affinity Roster…no old rosters will be accepted! This roster does not need to be signed and does not need to have photos.

  • Official Team Roster containing ALL players for the event… One (1) UYSA/Affinity generated
    Tournament/Travel Roster with photos. This roster MUST list every player, with jersey number, and coach associated with the team, including guest players.

  • Guest Player Forms…If you have guest players, you must have a Guest/Loan form signed by the loaning
    coach or club. Club passed players from within your Club still need this form.

TEAM MANAGERS HELP (How to create and print tournament roster, etc.)

Documents to be scanned & uploaded if using Player Cards….(Out of State Teams WILL USE THIS)

  • Official Team Roster containing ALL players for the event … Once your current GotSoccer roster is
    complete & accurate, print it, sign it and upload it to the documents page. This roster MUST list every
    player with a jersey number (There is not a roster generate or print option in GotSoccer. You will need
    to use your “Print Screen” function.}
  • Player Cards/Coaches Cards: Every player (including guests) and every coach MUST have a current card.
    Please scan multiple cards to an 8.5”x11” sheet of paper and upload them. Coaches cards can be
    scanned separately.
  • Guest Player Forms…If you have guest players, you must have a Guest/Loan form signed by the loaning
    coach or club. Upload this form with the player card. Club passed players from within your Club still
    need this form.
  • Travel Papers (teams outside of USYSA Region IV): If you are a team from outside USYSA Region IV, you MUST obtain
    travel papers through your governing association and provide a copy for the tournament committee to keep. An e-mail copy is acceptable.

***Please note, Medical release forms are not required to be scanned and uploaded but must be present at all games per Tournament Rules.***

Instructions for Uploading Documents:

  • Log into your team’s GotSoccer Account
  • Select the RAGE FC SHOWCASE “Event Registration History”
  • Select “Documents” on the top navigational bar – far right
  • Name your file accordingly and upload the appropriate document. * Once the files have been uploaded they will appear in a box on the left side of your browser window.

Headquarter’s Check-In

A member of your team/club will still be required to pick up your official Team Roster at Tournament Headquarters at least 1 hour before the start of your first scheduled game. You will NOT need to bring your roster, since it will have already been verified by tournament staff. You will receive one stamped official
tournament roster (with concussion stickers on the back) to present to the referee at the beginning of each game.

Player Cards/Coaches Cards will need to be present at Check-In to receive stickers for your cards. They will need to be presented to the Referees before each game. Players are not required to be present at Headquarter Check-In.

***Be sure to retrieve your tournament roster or cards from the referee after each game. ***
